Spectrum Mini-Festival of European Composer-Performers Performers (and Steve Beck!) on Saturday 16 November - Kicking off at 2 PM with a Jerome Combier portrait concert, followed by 3, 4 and 5 PM sets of Sophie Dunér solo, Sophie + Steve Beck performing Karlheinz Stockhausen's Tierkreis, and finishing off with a Steve Beck solo piano performance.
Admission is $20 General / $10 Students & Seniors.

Overlapping with Angel Blanco's characteristically-low-key Spectrum recital (Paganini transcriptions for electric guitar, etc.) at 5:30 PM: Opening event 1-6 PM this Saturday (21 September) at BWAC Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition: An excellent (and robustly-subscribed) exhibit concept.
Embracing a delightfully-Parisian tradition, every artist rejected for this year's annual Brooklyn Museum exhibit (and applies to this Salon) will be allowed to hang one work - evidently NO questions asked (other than: "Were you relegated to the 'No' category?")
