In more than 70 countries, discriminatory laws criminalize private, consensual same-sex relationships. We still have work to do but for now, we celebrate the progress we've made and the sacrifices by those who paved the way.

I ended last week questioning myself. Can I continue to work in isolation? Will I be able to successfully navigate this ever-changing world? Am I doing this for the paycheck or does my work actually have meaning? As I was sitting there second-guessing myself and basically all of my life choices, THIS hit my LI and literally gave me just what I needed to move forward. I'm not posting this to self-promote but to simply point out that taking a minute out of your day to pass a kind word to someone can really make a difference. Now I'm fired up and ready to kick some ass. Let’s do this - RAWR! 🕺🏻
