Today’s Mighty MilSpouse Mental Health Workshop created space for honest conversation, practical support, and reflection on what military spouses are carrying.

After leading today’s workshop, Angelina “Strike” Stephens shared this reflection:

“The heart and strength of the military spouse community will never cease to inspire me. I am always grateful for time spent serving them as they spend so much of their lives serving others. Despite being in the middle of their own chaotic lives, they came together to hold space for each other and for themselves. I am so grateful for the insights shared by everyone in attendance!”
