4 GROUND BEEF & VEGGIE MEALS YOU’LL LOVE
🍚 1. GROUND BEEF + VEGETABLE RICE BOWL
Ingredients:
• 300 g ground beef
• 200 g mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, peppers)
• 200 g cooked rice
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• Salt & pepper
Instructions (PRO):
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until browned.
Add vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and serve over rice.
🌶 2. STUFFED BELL PEPPERS WITH GROUND BEEF
Ingredients:
• 4 bell peppers
• 300 g ground beef
• 1/2 cup cooked rice
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• Salt & pepper
Instructions (PRO):
Sauté onion and beef until browned.
Mix with rice and a bit of tomato sauce.
Stuff the peppers and place in a baking dish.
Top with remaining sauce and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes.
🥔 3. GROUND BEEF SKILLET WITH POTATOES & VEGGIES
Ingredients:
• 300 g ground beef
• 2 potatoes, diced
• 150 g vegetables (green beans, carrots)
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 onion
• Salt & pepper
Instructions (PRO):
Cook potatoes in a pan until lightly golden.
Add onion and ground beef, cook until browned.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Season and serve hot.
🍝 4. GROUND BEEF PASTA WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
• 300 g ground beef
• 200 g pasta
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 150 g vegetables (zucchini, carrots)
• 2 garlic cloves
• Salt & pepper
Instructions (PRO):
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Sauté garlic and ground beef until browned.
Add vegetables and cook briefly.
Pour in tomato sauce, simmer, then mix with pasta.
