Marcos Mateos is heading to Bloom Energy in San Jose, California this summer as an Internal Audit Intern.
Marcos credits the weekly calls, mock interviews, and encouragement from Jhonny Perez and the Basta team for helping him stay focused throughout the process. Even after two final-round interview rejections, he kept pushing forward and believed the right opportunity was coming.
His biggest reminder for others: keep going. Sometimes it only takes one opportunity.
