We’re really excited about our Screenprinting Workshop with Du-Good Press on April 21!

Leslie Diuguid founded Du-Good Press in 2017 where she specializes in making high quality screenprints for artists. Her practice is informed by thirteen years of work experience / apprenticeships in various NYC and Kansas City printshops where she accumulated an encyclopedic knowledge of how to print on what. She holds a BFA in Printmaking from the Kansas City Art Institute and teaches screenprinting at The Cooper Union and Parsons School of Design at The New School, New York City.

In this one day workshop you will learn how to design efficiently and break an image down into single color layers. From there, preparing and developing the screen will allow students to make custom prints of their own. Leslie will instruct how to screenprint on fabric, paper, board, or a number of other materials as one offs or multiples!
