We do not wait for communities to come to us.
We go to them. We build trust before we ask for anything. We show up in the languages people live in. We recruit through real relationships — not cold calls or flyers. Because you are not hard to reach. We just have to do the work to reach you. And we will.
Repost this if you believe clinical research should come to the community.

80%. Eight out of ten clinical trials fail to meet their own diversity goals. That number should make everyone in the research industry uncomfortable.
At Lumovance, 60% diverse enrollment is not a goal we hope to reach — it is the minimum we hold ourselves to before a study begins.

Clinical research sounds intimidating. It does not have to be. Here is what actually happens when you join a study — in plain language, no jargon. You screen. You consent. You participate.
You can leave at any time. Your safety comes first. Always. Save this post and share it with someone who thinks research is not for them. It is.

Science only advances when it includes everyone. Black and Latino communities make up nearly 30% of the U.S. population but just 2–16% of clinical trial participants.
The data that drives medicine was built without them. Lumovance exists to change that — one study, one community, one relationship at a time.
Repost this if you believe every life deserves to be in the science.

Get vaccinated! Look at our educational comment, on why one must get vaccinated.
Measles cases continue to climb in the U.S. due to declining childhood vaccination rates. There are outbreaks in several states, including a fast-growing outbreak in South Carolina. The U.S. is now on the verge of losing its measles elimination status.
This is preventable. Two doses of the MMR vaccine are 97% effective against measles.
Vaccination is the key to protecting our children and our communities from this disease.
