A first look at our latest facade collaboration at 29-24 40th Road in Long Island City. Designed by and led by SB Development, this 12-story residential building features our custom terracotta — delivering warmth, depth, and long-term performance within a refined, contemporary expression.
The facade blends expansive glazing with vertically articulated terracotta panels, creating rhythm and texture along the streetscape.
