In a new study by a pair of Utrecht University human geographers, it seems that countries adopting technologies are becoming more competitive with traditional manufacturing economies, especially in exports. In the latest consolidation move for the industry, Stratasys will purchase Markforged from Nano Dimension in an all-cash deal valued at $42.5 million.
