The people, the places, the vibe. That’s Skyline Tower. Since welcoming our first feature in March 2020, 67 Stories has been all about what makes our community tick — and for our final post, we’re talking retail!

Skyline’s retail spaces have been curated as another amazing amenity for both residents and the whole of LIC. Right downstairs you’ll find KPOT — part Korean BBQ, part hotpot, 100% delicious. It’s the next hot spot for LIC’s foodie population.

We’re also obsessed with Origin — coffee shop by day, wine bar by night. Morning latte? Check. Evening glass of Pinot? Also check. Bonus: it’s right by the subway, so your caffeine and happy hour are just steps away.

Then there’s Radia Wellness — your personal Zen zone. Think Western + Eastern treatments, health programs, and a tea house pouring the latest wellness brews.

Skyline Tower isn’t just a building — it’s a catalyst. LIC is buzzing with new restaurants, grocers, boutiques, and businesses. Our neighborhood is walkable, subway-close to Manhattan and filled with energy from every generation. Step into our lobby and you’ll hear a melting pot of languages, see neighbors catching up, families growing and even someone with their new furry best friend.

We’re always down for a bagel and a schmear — and 67 Stories has your go-to: Rollin Bagels, parked right outside Skyline Tower by the Court Square subway entrance on 44th Drive. If you don’t know it yet, check it out!

Founder-owner Quentin knows his stuff — we mean his dough. After nearly a decade running a local bagel shop, he hit the streets (literally) with a dream: serve up top-tier bagels on wheels and build what he calls “New York’s bagel culture club.”

So, what does that mean exactly? It involves hosting community events, pop-ups and collaborations. Thanks to a tip from his friends at Deploy Coffee, Quentin rolled into LIC — and never looked back. After checking out locations he found that Court Square on weekdays and Hunter’s Point on weekends were the “sweet spots” for his bagels. Now you’ll find him spreading good vibes and even better cream cheese.

One of ’s “25 Iconic Dishes That Define New York,” Utopia Bagels has officially landed in LIC! The legendary Whitestone spot is an NYC classic—and now, a neighborhood favorite just around the corner. 🗽🥯
