10 porcelain restorations to upgrade this smile. Patient had an extensive dental history with root canals and old metal crowns that were showing through. The gum line was refined with crown lengthening before placing a combination of crowns and veneers. The result is a lifted refreshed more youthful smile.

This patient had 8 upper existing old porcelain restorations (a combination of veneers and crowns). She had them redone 3 times this was her fourth. Time for an upgrade. She wasn’t happy with the color size or shape. We replaced them with 12 upper porcelain restorations and 8 lower. We did the lower to support her bite and restore worn tooth structure. We got a vibrant natural results that complements her face.
