While Carnegie Hill remains deeply rooted in its historic identity, a wave of thoughtfully designed new developments has introduced a more modern layer to the neighborhood, bringing highly amenitized living to one of Manhattan’s most established luxury markets. Demand for the area continues to remain strong as buyers seek a balance of architecture, privacy, prestige, and proximity to Central Park.

April delivered another strong showing across the Manhattan luxury market, with 104 contracts signed, nearly identical to March and up 10% year over year.
At the very top, the $10M+ segment continues to lead the way, driven by highly motivated buyers competing for a limited supply of truly exceptional homes.
As we move deeper into the heart of the spring market, the story remains consistent: active buyers, steady confidence, and a continued shortage of quality inventory are keeping pressure on the market and supporting pricing.
