Every day, we work with people that have insurmountable challenges. No matter what type of problem we face in our lives, we really need to take the time to be thankful. Thankful that we are not in prison today, that we are not addicted today, that we are alive, that we have food to nourish our bodies. Yesterday, at ETC, we did just that – we prayed to God for everything that we are thankful for; we embraced one another and shared a meal together. We may not be exactly where we want to be today but we still have the opportunity and the wherewithal to get up and do it again tomorrow. After every dark night, there is a brighter day filled with hope.
P.S. We are not on anyone’s count!

All of our participants were grateful for the opportunity and excited to meet with various employers.
