V.E.S primarily helps families and individuals obtain Jobs, housing, education, training, property, and businesses through appropriate human resources.
V.E.S was founded and developed by Mr. Derrick Pringle Sr. in Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York, In 1996. within this community, The majority of people were affected by troubling environmental and life circumstances, like single parent homes, crime, imprisonment homelessness, recreational and vocational limitations, alcohol and substance addiction/abuse, which showed to have a tremendous contribution to their unfortunate positions in life.
Outlooks on future Endeavors became completely bleak, for the most part, many decided at a young age, raising themselves would be difficult, and discrimination would come easy. Admitting the responsibilities of replacing the void was left up to many young Individuals, and growing up sooner than others, led to most of them becoming young parents, young workers/hustlers, and dropping out of school.
