2) Having fun shaking the delicious ingredients: homemade lavender syrup, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, homemade thyme tincture, ice and the ⭐️ of the show, gin 🙌🏻

3) The coupe rim comes first - here it’s being coated with sugar and lavender, but only AFTER...

4) Being dipped in fresh-squeezed lemon juice🍋

This is one of those cocktails that even people who say “I usually hate gin” absolutely LOVE!
