My friend gave me some tuna that he caught in the canyon. Stuffed to the gills tuna steak is a twelve ounce tuna steak stuffed with fresh spinach, garlic, onions and ginger. The other picture is Cajun Tuna tips. Both dishes came out well. Thanks for the tuna Big Guy!!
