A month later and we still are in awe of our 100th Anniversay party at The Texas Chili Cook-off 2026! First and foremost a HUGE thank you to our amazing Longhorns in NYC! Nearly 1000 of you showed out on a hot May Day in your burnt orange and your Texas pride! You helped us raise an astonishing $83,000 for scholarship and put on a party!

Thank you to our amazing Amateur Teams! You are the heart and soul of this event and make it so much fun every year. 📣 Shoutout to the Voodo Stewe Krewe for winning best Chili 🏆!
