By using a chair for support while performing various yoga postures, it is suitable for everyone, including beginners and all levels of ability.
Chair yoga offers numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, balance, and reduced stress.
Please wear comfortable clothing and, if possible, bring 2 water bottles to serve as weights.
