Yet again- ATF Tyranny is afoot. In a nutshell- the ATF of challenging all of the lawsuits together, at once through the 5th circuit court of appeals. It’s a very risky move, but they’re alleging that none of these lawsuits or decisions of the courts thereafter- are legitimate because they have attached a Tax to the rules being instituted. So basically- “You can’t sue us (ATF) because there’s a Tax clause attached to the rules we’ve put out and you can’t sue the government for taxing the American people, thus making all these lawsuits bunk. Here. You have to pay the tax first. Then submit a request to the Attorney generals office for a credit or refund- and if the AG’s office denies your credit or refund- then you can sue us.”
