A lot of people think meditation has to mean sitting still, so they skip it and carry stress, tension, and mental clutter through the day. Keep doing that and focus slips, recovery suffers, and it gets harder to stay consistent.
A better starting point is daily movement you can stay present with: walking, stairs, squats, pushups, planks, or strength work.
It does not have to be perfect. It has to be practiced.
