2x6 frame 5x8 top deck. Picture frame decking 3 ply 2x8 beam on 4x6 posts 3 1/2 foot deep concrete pilings 7” diameter. Hand rail reused from previous deck

I know closed stringers would look better. But the MIL didn’t want to buy more lumber.

These tiles are giving me some heart ache! They are all different sizes between 1/16th and 3/16… any tips??

Anyone know where I can find this tile. Its a total long shot I know. 13×13 I think its marazzi. I need 2 boxes for a shower pan repair.

Is it common for a vanity space to be 59.25”? We’d like to get a 60” prebuilt double sink vanity into this space but are afraid it won’t fit.
