When Nour took on the role of General Coordinator for TechX ENICarthage, she didn’t just host her first international event, she embraced an experience that transformed her journey.

From handling financial and logistical demands to building connections with a wide network of supporters, and leaders. She discovered the power of teamwork and the value of community. More importantly, the experience helped her uncover her own resilience, leadership, and problem-solving skills, while giving her a clear picture of the areas she wants to strengthen.

What started as a daunting challenge became a defining milestone, one that continues to shape her personal and professional growth.
