In my soft girlboss era.

The truth about NY Times Gift Guide: many brands pay to be on it 😮. We were approached by NY Times earlier in the year and they asked us if we were interested in paying to be included in their gift guide with a direct link to our website. They told us that if we didn’t pay, we wouldn’t be part of the gift guide at all. We considered it but it was a hefty price tag so we declined.
But to our surprise, we were included! We didn’t notice because they linked to Anthropologie and not our website so we didn’t see a big spike in sales. Nonetheless, it was still cool to be part of this list (without paying for it) ☺️.
