Roots of Ziah Herbal Growth Oil with Batana Oil is here… and she’s powerful.

This nutrient-rich botanical blend was crafted to strengthen weak roots, reduce shedding, and promote thicker, fuller-looking hair from the scalp up.

Infused with Batana Oil — known for restoring thinning hair and deeply conditioning strands — and Black Seed Oil — celebrated for supporting scalp health and reducing breakage — this formula nourishes, restores, and promotes visible growth.

No harsh chemicals. No fillers. Just intentional ingredients rooted in tradition.

Naturally Rooted. Beautifully You. 🤎

DIY Shrimp & Broccoli — better than the Chinese restaurant 😮‍🔥🍤🥦

Because homemade always hits harder when you season it right.

Ingredients
• Raw shrimp
• Broccoli
• Jasmine rice
• Minced garlic
• Soy sauce
• Sesame oil
• Complete seasoning
• Onion powder
• Chili flakes
• Brown sugar

How I made it
1. Cook jasmine rice and set aside. Fluffy, not mushy.
2. Season shrimp with complete seasoning, onion powder, chili flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, a splash of sesame oil, and a pinch of brown sugar.
3. Heat a pan on medium-high with a little oil. Sauté shrimp until pink and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add broccoli with a little water to steam, then sauté until bright green and tender.
5. Add shrimp back to the pan. Splash in soy sauce, a tiny bit more sesame oil, and another pinch of brown sugar. Toss until glossy and saucy.
6. Serve over jasmine rice and enjoy the flex.

Pro tip
The brown sugar balances the soy sauce and gives that restaurant-style glaze without being overly sweet.

Homemade, quick, and seasoned with love 😌
