Courtney Camacho (she/her) is a nonprofit consultant and DEIJ (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice) leader based in Brooklyn, NY. As a consultant, she provides personalized coaching to nonprofit leaders, guiding them through periods of change and helping them assess social impact. Her dedication to fostering inclusive environments is evident in her professional and community work.

Maria Dautruche (she/her) is the founder of the Dopwell Group LLC, the inaugural director of the Westchester Center for Racial Equity at the YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester, and manager of Race Forward’s H.E.A.L. Together (Honest Education Action & Leadership) initiative. She works with leaders to help them lead with more authenticity, integrity, and accountability.

Carlie Steen (she/her) is a long-time advocate and dedicated nonprofit community builder committed to organizing at the intersections of economic, racial, and gender equity. Her personal and professional activism has bridged economic and gender justice, LGBTQ issues, racial equity, reproductive freedom, and immigrant and worker rights, among others.

Kai Stowers (he/him) is a scientist turned Leadership and DEI Consultant and Coach who partners with organizations to build high-performing, effective, and inclusive teams. Kai is a long-time mindfulness practitioner and coach who has personally experienced the transformation that comes with intentional development, healing, and growth work.
