The Martinique New York to Continue Renovations — LODGING Steven Kratchman Architect P.C. has been appointed Architect of Record (AoR) by Burnett Equity, the new owner of the Martinique New York.

The SKAPC team was hired to come up with an entirely new exterior look and feel for this high-rise apartment building, which includes ground floor retail, situated in Jersey City’s desirable Newport neighborhood. SKAPC redesigned the 19-story building’s entire façade to feature a “pixelated” glass and metal design.
