There are book clubs, and then there are cool book clubs. I might be biased, but when the authors show up to discuss their book over an incredible meal it raises the bar considerably! I loved discussing with author , who along with wrote a an amazing play book on what to do if you are (or think you are going to be) canned. I am in the cool club simply because I have been fired and am not afraid to say it thanks to the girl power movement that these two authors have started. Over a delish dinner (yet another cool club I am now a member of thanks to and her superstar brother ) we chatted about nightmare bosses, egos, game plans, and so much more. Thank you to my lovely literary ladies who gesticulating allow me to tag along.
