Gregory Okshteyn founded Studios GO in New York City in 2003, an award winning design firm implementing innovative fabrication techniques in the service of a contemporary design aesthetic with close attention to function and social interaction.

Since graduating from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, & Preservation, Gregory has taught at Columbia, the University of Pennsylvania, and Pratt Institute. Okshteyn's most notable built projects have included the Chelsea nightclub BED, DASH NYC with Kim & Kourtney Kardashian, Rita Hazan Salon at 720 5th Avenue, JAY-Z’s SC Enterprises HQ, JAY-Z's Ace of Spades Showroom, Restaurant 42 Ritz-Carlton, Top Chef winner Harold Dieterle’s restaurants Perilla & Kin Shop, the Duggal Greenhouse at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Harvey Keitel's Residence, Irina Shayk's Residence, Devocion Williamsburg Roastery, Devocion Cafe 20th Street, The Chester, Via Forno in Scarsdale, and most recently J Bespoke a sports bar speakeasy in NoMad.

Okshteyn developed and implemented the Starbucks Reserve Roastery concept in Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan as Global Design Director of Concept and Innovation at the Starbucks Coffee Company.
