Drizzle Weather
Making Climate and Weather fun again
These 6th graders didn’t just learn about tornadoes… they BUILT them. And then they ATE them.
That’s Edible Weather at its best… turning weather lessons into hands-on, high-energy STEM moments that feel more like a show than a class.
Huge shout-out to the rockstar students at Bay Head School for whipping up their Tornado Twists like absolute scientists on a mission. 🌪️🔥
This is 1 of 25 Edible Weather experiences we bring to schools, camps, and after-school programs to make STEM unforgettable.
If your kids deserve this kind of joyful, can’t-stop-talking-about-it learning…
📩 Let’s talk. Spring and Summer bookings are open.

They didn’t just learn about a tornado…
They BUILT one and then ATE it. 😄
Today’s lesson = science you can touch, see, and taste.
We broke down:
☁️ How tornadoes form
🌪️ What makes them strong or weak
📊 Why the EF Scale matters
🍪 And how all of it comes together in one edible experiment
No worksheets.
No zoning out.
Just kids asking questions, raising hands, and saying
👉 “Wait… we get to EAT the science?”
This is what happens when STEM becomes an experience, not a lecture.
Perfect for:
✔️ Elementary classrooms
✔️ STEM days & assemblies
✔️ After-school & enrichment programs
✔️ Schools that want kids excited about learning again
Science should be unforgettable.
(And occasionally delicious.)

Kids don’t remember lectures. They remember experiences. When you gamify science, learning stops feeling like school and starts sticking. That's why we created Weather Alert!, a coloring & conversation book designed for 1st–3rd graders, featuring:
• 26 bite-sized weather topics
• 3–4 kid-friendly science facts per chapter
• A matching coloring activity to reinforce learning
The goal is simple:
👉 Make science approachable.
👉 Make it fun.
👉 Make it memorable.
We’re currently working on a Spanish edition (launching within the next month) to help reach even more families and classrooms. Its also a great way for schools to do ESL activities that's different from other traditional activities.
Grateful for the parents, educators, and school leaders who keep cheering this work on. Your support matters more than you know. If you believe learning should spark curiosity, not anxiety, we’re on the same team.
