Original 1974 promotional video for Lennon's " #9 Dream", grainy, somehow both eerie and sweet.

In addition to musically charting his dreamscape, he also let loose an unexplained phrase that originated in his subconscious..free for all to interpret as they might please; the gift of a true artist..

The song had an uncharacteristically high production level, contrasting the stripped down texture of most songs in Lennon's catalogue, echo and vocal effects making it all the more ethereal

"The Uncounted" - a street play remembering disappeared lives in Iran 1988.
On Tuesday Sept 20th, at 10am, there will be an extraordinarily inspired sketch play, using gestures, motion, dance and song, and human form, in remembrance of unprosecuted political murders in Iran, 1988, and giving praise to freedom of thought and religion.
The play will be held in Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, on 47th street at 2nd Ave, right by the UN, during a rally where thousands are expected.
