As more and more people shop online these days, Walmart's Online Grocery Deliveries are becoming more popular. Right now, Walmart is looking for additional Customer Service Representatives to cope up with increasing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for inbound and outbound calls.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $25.00 /hour

Qualifications:
