We're excited to spotlight Molly Bernstein, our Assistant Editor, who describes herself as curious, introspective, and intuitive! Molly is always eager to learn and understand the world around her, a quality that has carried over since childhood. Whether she's playing in her adult kickball league, spending time with her family (especially her niece), or enjoying movies with her girlfriend, Molly finds joy in the simple moments that fuel her creativity.

Molly’s passion for mastering the technical aspects of her role shows that this is just the beginning—her goal to become an editor is something she will achieve and manifest. As she continues to grow, we know she’ll soar to even greater heights. Just as she learns, we all learn together, which is something we truly value at Red Thread. Her favorite quote, "You cannot demand a service while simultaneously degrading those who provide it for you," speaks to the respect she brings to her work and the people around her.

These subject matter experts highlighted AI's role in enhancing, not replacing, our work lives.
