Phoenix opens June 20 at Central Park North. Saturdays through November. Three courses. No substitutions. Electric kitchen. Public space. Real hospitality.
SCD runs monthly. Private fine dining in unconventional spaces. Everyone cooks, cleans, and serves. That is the way.
One Fair Wage. No tip credit. No sub-minimum.
The crew lineage includes Michelin Star and James Beard recipients. The culture is modern and sophisticated. No anger. No showmanship. Real mentorship and learning together.
