• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3. The Chocolate Frosting & Topping
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 ½ cups milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips (for a silky ganache frosting)
• Topping: 1 block of high-quality milk or dark chocolate
