As you all know so much has happened. Equipment breakdowns, fire at the Teaneck location. How do I hold myself together. I cry let it out, sit still amd then go at it harder. This is the key. Giving up is not an option but believing that it gets better is the option I run with. I've always felt a deep connection with you all. The extended family that I always wanted. ❤️ I so appreciate each and everyone of you. Its isn't easy at all. But its what I chose and truly the best part of it all is you. Those that truly see what it is that I do. And have tried to do for a long time. Its to connect my community to their roots and uplift Puerto Rico. As well as show others they could do it too. I hope ive inspired you today to be compassionate and to go for it regardless of how hard it gets. This too shall pass. I love you all! My Freakin Rican Family. Yesterday was going so good and smooth. Couldn't have asked for a better day. Started off in Astoria then came to my Teaneck location around 3pm. Went to my office to cut checks when, One of my employees told me there was a fire in the Kitchen. I ran so fast. The flames were about to touch the ceiling. I put on my fireman suit and exterminated it. Thank god. But the damage was already done. It could have been different. So im very grateful my staff was safe and the building was as well. So now... the work begins. Love you all! PALANTE
