it’s legit as easy as labeling in your phone “cool things I’ve done 2026” and then putting 5/12 and the date!!! going back and reviewing it always makes me so happy and I forget some awesome things that happen!! or start a journal (which I also have that’s more intricate with specific details)!!

still integrating from the retreat magic bubble .jaffe & created for us 🤍 home and settled with a heart full of GRATITUDE (1 to have survived) and 2 to be able to lean on, grow with, learn from, expand beyond this world, and come home with a more calm nervous system thanks to the 11 other incredibly special humans on this trip. Thank you Costa Rica and The Art of Being Retreat for being exactly what I didn’t know I needed — they do say to always expect the unexpected ⚡️🌺🌴🍍🦜🌀
thank GOODNESS I got the travel prep/jet lag IV from a few days before leaving town because it seriously saved me 😭 after all the sickness on this trip I already need another one 😂
I loooove that they come straight to your apartment, the nurses are truly top tier and make the whole experience feel so comfortable and easy. Between teaching heated classes all week and honestly not always drinking enough water… at-home IVs have become one of my favorite wellness hacks IMO 🤍
