Hey… we’ve missed you.

So many people in our community have been checking in on us—stopping by the new space, peeking in during construction, and reminding us why this work matters. Thank you for your patience and for holding us as we build this next chapter. 💛

The progress is real: roof lifted, walls up, windows in, floors down. We’re in the final stretch now—finishing touches, paint, electrical—and then it’s time to bring in the equipment. This space is going to be so good.

We’re building a new, universally designed East Harlem hub so we can continue serving New Yorkers with disabilities and older adults—expanding adaptive fitness and growing into creativity, technology, nourishment, and community in new ways.

We can’t wait to open the doors and welcome you in.
