Hi! My name is Laura Varley and I am a vegan pastry chef located in Brooklyn, NY. I specialize in unique & exciting cakes; gourmet rich & creamy gelato; sweet pastries (such as pop tarts, cupcakes, pies); and savory pastries (including buns, bagels, rolls).
