Part 1- The 2026 Prelude to the Spring Festival Gala – A Performance Gala was grandly held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York. Now in its third consecutive year in Manhattan, the event brought together nearly 200 diplomats, cultural leaders, financial professionals, and members of the international community to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Horse.
Hosted by China Media Group (CMG) & UNIPX Group, the gala presented the spirit of Chinese New Year within a global metropolitan setting, fostering cross-cultural dialogue and international collaboration.
During the evening, guests from the CMG United Nations Bureau, the New York Film Academy, and other institutions joined robots on stage to officially launch the 2026 “Humanity’s Bright Future” Global AI Film & Video Collection Campaign, marking a new chapter in the integration of technology and humanity.

The performance program featured a dynamic lineup blending tradition and innovation. The USA National Youth Wushu Team presented “Youth Heroes,” showcasing the strength and spirit of Chinese martial arts. The Sarafinas delivered an energetic Broadway-style dance performance, while American magician Eric Wilzig, alongside robotic partners, presented an immersive magic show that fused classic stage artistry with advanced technology.
Hosted by China Media Group (CMG) & UNIPX Group, the gala demonstrated the evolving collaboration between human creativity and robotics in contemporary cultural entertainment.
