We recently received a call from a customer who needed a custom tool manufactured and they needed it now! We received the order at 12pm, and then started setting our machines up and writing CNC lathe and mill programs. We received material at 2:21pm, and the material was in the first machine at 2:23pm. The part was finished and ready for pickup at 5:56pm. Under 6hr turnaround for an emergency custom maintenance tool to help get a piece of down equipment back in action!
