Responsibilities:
🏡 Own production from contract hand-off through final inspection
👥 Lead and develop the production team — Site Supervisor today, more hires tomorrow
📋 Build and refine SOPs so the company runs on process, not memory
📦 Manage material orders, crew scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
✅ Conduct on-site quality checks and final walkthroughs
📣 Serve as the senior point of contact for homeowners — including the tough conversations
💰 Own job costing and gross margin targets on every installed project
📊 Run weekly KPI reviews with the owner as a true operational partner
🌟 Help build the team as we scale — hiring, onboarding, and developing future talent
