The hands-on demo at the 2026 Ohio Stray Dog Summit was led by Leah Reichman, widely regarded as one of the greatest female powerlifters of all time. Best known for her historic 953 lb squat in 2021.

Leah now serves as the Strength Coach at Norwood High School, where she applies the lessons and principles that made her an elite powerlifter to help develop stronger, more resilient high school athletes.

The PowerBlock Dumbbells Rack Mount was designed to keep adjustable dumbbells stored right at the rack station, so they’re always where they’re needed. Richie County High School in West Virginia recently upgraded with a new sports performance facility designed by the Stray Dog crew.

While not the biggest space, every square foot was maximized with 6 rack stations, ATR Cable Columns, Lat Pull Downs, HyperGlutes, and additional performance pieces to create a complete training environment for their athletes. Great facilities are not always about size, they are about smart design, flow, and giving athletes the tools they need to develop.
