𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑮𝑹𝑨𝑻𝑼𝑳𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺 to the Scarlet Raiders for their exceptional achievements in the Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) for the 2024 season:

🔺 Aleks Kolodziej has been named the CVC Rookie of the Year, finishing third on the team with 68 CVC kills and 13th in the conference.

🔺 Derek Au earned his place on the Second Team All-CVC leading with an impressive 275 assists—second in the CVC—and securing 17 kills against his opponents.

🔺 Lucas Blanco, also named to the Second Team All-CVC, finished seventh in the CVC with 77 kills and a .197 hit rate, making significant contributions to the Scarlet Raiders’ offense with 82.5 points and three aces.

🔺 Martin Chromulak received Third Team All-CVC honors, finishing fourth in conference play with 83 kills, a .162 hit rate, and adding 20 total blocks and five service aces on the defensive end.

Rutgers Newark Men's Volleyball has a rich history dating back to its Division I era, with the transition to Division III. Since then, our program has become a powerhouse in the Continental Volleyball Conference (CVC) and has produced numerous talented players who have gone on to excel in their personal and professional lives.

Our alumni have represented the Scarlet Raiders in various capacities, from team captains and MVPs to coaches and mentors. They have also achieved success on the national stage, with several players earning All-American honors and representing their countries in international competitions.
