In 1986, Charity McFarland walked through our doors at 22 years old and started building something that would last a lifetime for her, and for everyone she’s met along the way.

From teller to manager to Vice President, Charity has grown alongside First Federal in every sense. But what makes Charity truly one of a kind isn’t her title, it’s that she has never met a stranger.
