As a reminder the speed limit in our community is 15mph, with our children out of school lets see if we can keep them in mind when driving, even when we are running late.

Good evening neighbors! I'm reviewing financial information for our meeting tonight and I noticed our quarterly dues for October were quite a bit lower than normal. Some of that is likely because of the switch to the new management company and monies getting transferred around but just a reminder that if you haven't paid your 4th quarter dues, you can do it online here- http://www.spectrumam.com/. We are working towards sending out invoices next year to help with reminders as I know everyone often gets caught up in the day to day and doesn't realize it's due.
