Their dedication to providing heart-centered and practical leadership development opportunities to emerging LGBTQ+ leaders all across the country is both visionary and precisely what we need more of in the world today: Courage, Compassion, Innovation, and Learning.

I've known their Executive Director, Jacob Rudolph (29), for over a decade and he has continued to amaze me as a rising leader and change-maker in the LGBTQ+ community. I couldn't agree with him more that heart-centered leadership is, and must be, the future of leadership if we are to build up the beloved community–– a world that works better for everyone.
