Brick #8: Mom Friends Matter 🧱💛

Today was a relaxing day at the house, then over to Tiffiny’s with her, Brittany, the kids, and the pool. 💦☀️

And honestly… it was just nice.

It’s nice having friends with littles. Friends who understand the mom life. Friends you can share the real stories with — not just the cute pictures and funny moments, but the hard ones too.

When Logan was acting out at first, I felt embarrassed. Maybe I was overreacting, but in the moment, it felt like a lot. And then I was so relieved when they were comforting instead of judgmental.

Because let’s be real… being a single mom with a four-and-a-half-year-old who has never seen his dad, and being with him every single day, sometimes we probably do get on each other’s nerves. 😂

It’s funny after the fact, but it’s not always funny in the moment.

Today reminded me how much moms need other moms. Not to judge. Not to compare. Just to say, “Girl, you’re doing okay.” Sometimes that little bit of positive reinforcement means more than people realize.

Some bricks are big moves.
Some bricks are business.
Some bricks are healing.
And some bricks are just sitting by the pool, breathing, laughing, and realizing you’re not alone. 🧱💛
