Newark Deli Run: Mambo Italiano Fuel 🇮🇹
Made a quick pit stop at Arlie Cafe in Newark, NJ, today to fuel up for a heavy meta study session. When the focus needs to be high, the sandwich needs to be massive!
I went with the fully loaded Mambo Italiano (The Works!) on fresh bread:
* Genoa Salami
* Capicola Ham
* Provolone
* Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, and Hot Peppers
* Finished with Oil and Vinegar
Paired it simply with a bag of chips, a classic Root Beer, and, of course, a water. This is how you conquer a study session!

Date Night in the Village: Greek Grill Edition 🇬🇷
Fresh, light, and delicious—the perfect date night spread at Village Taverna Greek Grill! We shared some classic apps before diving into some clean mains.
The Spread:
* Appetizers (Odeed!): We started with a trio of favorites: crispy Calamari, smooth Hummus, and savory Mussels in Red Sauce.
* Mains: Keeping it balanced! We both opted for a fresh salad:
* One Greek Salad with grilled Chicken.
* One Chopped Salad with grilled Salmon. (That grilled salmon looks perfect in the video!)
Always a great night when the food is this good!

Spanish Food: Small Chicken, Big Flavor 🇩🇴
Back for some authentic Spanish food, and y’all know the vibe but today they gave minimal chicken for the stew! Whatever, I improvised with additional chicken on the side. 💪🏻
But it was all fire 🔥:
* Chicken Stew (Bone-in): Great flavor in the sauce.
* Protein Insurance: Baked half chicken on the side.
* Balance: Avocado and onion.
* The Finish: Creamy rice pudding with cinnamon.
I stuffed my face with everything minus all the rice and still had room for the rice pudding!
The itis is in full effect after this one. Absolutely worth it.

Sunday Funday done right at Yard House Ridge Hill! 🥨 We went full carb-load and have zero regrets.
Starting off strong with that giant Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel and then crushing the massive meat lovers pizza (seriously piled high with toppings!). And you HAVE to see the dessert—their Bread Pudding is next level with that vanilla ice cream and sauce.
(Side note: We missed the GF's tuna, but this was a solid meal!)

A little slice of Colombia right in Nanuet,NY.
Had an incredible meal at and it definitely deserves a permanent spot on the wall.
I'm still dreaming about these plates:
* The Fried Whole Fish (Pescado Frito) with lime and crisp tostones—perfectly seasoned and cooked.
* That stunning Mixed Grill/Platter with steak, chorizo, sweet plantains, fresh corn, and a generous scoop of guacamole and pico de gallo.. Under all that were some beanssss.
* The Breaded Steak/Chicken Cutlet (Milanesa style) with breaded shrimp and more amazing tostones.
If you're looking for authentic Latin flavor and a great atmosphere, you have to check this place out!
