If you have recreational watercraft and do not have room in your garage (or don’t have a garage), a storage facility can be a big help. Make sure to drain the gasoline from the lines, and prepare the item for storage according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Depending on where you live and what you decide to store, extreme temperatures could damage your belongings. For example, if you live in a humid climate and are storing sensitive electronics, then you may want to consider a climate-controlled unit.
