UPDATE (7-12-24): CARDS ARE NOW WORKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

As many of you may already know Shell’s card network has been facing major issues for almost 24 hours with fits and starts. Service unfortunately still has yet to be restored and with that we share that frustration.

Currently Newcastle Shell is only able to accept CASH for inside and outside transactions. Shell is aware of the issues and has said they are working to fix it.

Duties:
- Assisting customers with transactions inside and out at the pumps.
- Stocking drinks, candy, chips, and other items to be sold in the Store.
- Cleaning up areas around the property including but not limited to the store, service center, restroom, and exterior areas of the building.
- Diligently and thoroughly completing outlined procedures or tasks that may be assigned in addition to everyday duties.

As some of our regular customer may have noticed, we now have TAP TO PAY at the pumps. This allows you to use your mobile phone, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay to pay at the dispensers or instead of inserting your card into the dispenser you can just TAP it as long as it is a TAP compatible card.

Four green lights will appear and you will hear a tone if the payment was accepted by the pump, don’t forget to watch the screen for any other prompts, and then you can begin fueling!

Don’t forget to enter your QFC/Fred Meyer Loyalty or Shell Fuel Rewards number before TAPPING you card.
